From 2022 - 2023, I was the primary copywriter for the Canon CRM account at VCCP, writing copy for brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal activations, and lifecycle triggers.

With a dedicated audience of amateur and professional photographers, it was expected for us to generate 40-60% open-rate on email. So, it was important to create user experiences that went above and beyond typical marketing.

Through personalization, we found new ways to engage, educate and reward Canon’s most loyal customers, while drawing in new members with intuitive onboarding campaigns.
